Hon. Thomas J. Miller is an Onondaga County Court Judge. He has also served as Supervising Judge of the Fifth Judicial District’s County Court Judges Acting Supreme Court Justice, and Village of Fayetteville Justice. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his JD from Syracuse Law School.
