Frederick William Hubbard

1815-1882

Frederick William Hubbard served in 1856. Born in the hamlet of Champion, Jefferson County, N.Y., on Jun. 11, 1815, son of Judge Noadiah Hubbard Jr., one of the first settlers of Champion, in 1798. Elected to state supreme court, serving from 1852-1860. Died, Sep. 28, 1882. With thanks to Benjamin J. Cobb, Jefferson County historian, and Suzanne Wiley, town of Champion historian.
