Enoch H. Rosekrans served in 1863. Born in Waterford (Saratoga County), N.Y., Oct. 16, 1808. Union College graduate, 1826. District attorney, 1834-1845. State supreme court, fourth judicial district, 1855-1871. Died in Glens Falls, N.Y., May 1, 1877. The Enoch Rosenkrans House sits on 62 Warren Street in Glens Falls, N.Y.
