Chief Michael C. Senese began his career as a Court Officer in Bronx Criminal Court in 1991. During his tenure in Bronx County, he rose through the ranks as Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Major. In 2017, he was promoted to his current position as Chief of Citywide Operations where he oversees all Court Officers assigned to the courts within NYC. He is responsible for assisting and developing security procedures, ensuring compliance with these policies and procedures, visiting court locations to assess court security practices and resolving any security issues that may arise. With nearly thirty years of experience, Chief Senese brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current position.

Danielle C. Quinn is a Litigation Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP.  From 2017 to 2018, Ms. Quinn served as a law clerk to the Hon. Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2015 to 2017, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard K. Eaton of the United States Court of International Trade.
