Leroy Morgan

1810-1880

Leroy Morgan served in 1866. Born in Pompey, Onondaga County, N.Y., on Mar. 27, 1810. District attorney, Onondaga County, 1843, serving three years. Elected to state supreme court, fifth judicial district, 1859, reelected 1867, and served as chief justice of that court. Died in Syracuse, May 15, 1880.
