Daniel Pratt served in 1850. Born on Aug. 22, 1806, in Greenwich, Washington County. Union College graduate, 1835. Admitted to practice, 1836. Appointed by Gov. William C. Brouck to Court of Common Pleas of Onondaga County, 1843. State supreme court 1847-1859. Appointed assembly counsel for the impeachment trial of Judge George G. Barnard.
