Carter, Administrative Judge, 8th Judicial District, the 8th Judicial District Diversity Steering Committee, the New York State Unified Court System Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and the Historical Society of the New York Courts.

A Conversation with the Descendants of Plessy v. Ferguson — the 1896 landmark US Supreme Court case that upheld the constitutionality of racial segregation.
