Accessing County Records

Microfilm readers are onsite for viewing records, employees are available to print documents. Copies are $0.65 per page. Assistance is required when handling older documents and books due to deterioration.

With County Clerk’s permission, documents may be photographed if the records are so deteriorated that handling the book or document would be potentially further damaged.

The County Clerk’s Office prefers email or mail request to allow employees to conduct thorough, diligent, and extensive research to locate requested archived records.
