For many of these records, especially older records, advanced notice is necessary to retrieve files from offsite. It is highly recommended interested parties contact the Monroe County Clerk’s Office’s Customer Service Department at 585-753-1620 to inquire regarding a specific record to ascertain its availability. The office works every day to digitize more of the collection and make it available to the general public.
