Accessing County Records

The Office is open from 8:30-4:00 Monday through Friday, except holidays. Computers are available. Patrons can go online at IQS.com and search online records using “Delaware County NY.”

In accordance with CPLR, County Clerks receive a fee for copies of $.65 per page/minimum $1.30. There is someone on staff who can make copies for researchers if they are not on the computer.
