The first purports to be the first photo ever taken of the Judges of the Court of Appeals sitting around the conference table in Court of Appeals Hall while the Court is in session. Around the table, from left to right: starting with Judge Benjamin Cardozo, is Judge Cuthbert W. Pound, Judge Chester B. McLaughlin, Judge Frederick Crane, Judge William Andrews, Chief Judge Frank H. Hiscock, and Judge John W. Hogan.
The second photo is of Benjamin Cardozo on the steps of Court of Appeals Hall, taken during a lunch break.
