Join the Society and the Appellate Division, Third Department for a film screening and conversation about New York’s own revolution: The Anti-Rent War of the 1800s. This event will feature a screening of Calico Rebellion (directed by Victoria Kupchinetsky) as well as a panel discussion that highlights the history and legacy of the Anti-Rent War, and how it is still relevant today.
