Our Young Lawyers Committee hosted this intimate talk with Kermit Roosevelt III, Professor of Law at University of Pennsylvania Law School, at the Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site in New York City. The lecture on Theodore Roosevelt and the Constitution centered on President Roosevelt’s criticism of activist judges.
