Due to their age, these records are not available to be viewed by the public. Requests for searches or specific records can be accommodated and performed by staff. The naturalization records are in the process of being digitized, along with Bronx County Naturalization, and will be available for the public to view online in the spring of 2023. Most other older records have been digitized but are not somewhere where the public can view them on-demand. If the records someone wishes to view have been scanned or are on microfiche, the Clerk can set up a terminal with specific access to those records with advance notice.
For more information, please contact the Queens County Clerk on their website: https://ww2.nycourts.gov/COURTS/11jd/queensclerk/index.shtml. The Historical Society of the New York Courts is unable to provide research assistance related to court records at this time.
